A Short But Sweet Post
I am not a stellar baker, but I absolutely need to have this Banana Layer Cake with Caramel Cream and Pecans.
The recipe is on Epicurious. Any volunteers?

Believe it or not, I made a cake just like that but it was pumpkin. I made it for book club and it was easier than you'd think. You should try it.

Kelly, That cake sounds really good. Too much cake for a couple of seniors sitting around wondering if their cholesterol will handle it though. Maybe when you come to visit instead of apple squares?????
