Talk about a serious wakeup call. How about hearing your four year old singing, "I'm a Barbie Girl, in a Barbie wo-o-orld. You can brush my hair, undress me anywhe-e-re...life in plastic, it's fantastic...*"? Or your nine year old singing, "I'm flying first class, up in the sky, popping champage, living the life...in the fast lane...*"Yes. I need to eliminate my secret vice: I'm a shameless pop princess, and I listen to my iPod with the kids in the car. Their memories are just getting too darn good.
